After setting up an account or logging in, enrolling for classes is a 5 step process.

1.  Select a Course
2.  Review Schedule
3.  Review Enrollment Information
4.  Agree to Share Information
5.  Submit Schedule


 

To enroll in courses:

  • Student Info

    Your Home/Degree-granting college will be provided information regarding the online course(s) you are taking via the MCCVLC. Your permanent transcript will be updated at the end of the semester.

  • Home College

    The Home College maintains a permanent transcript for students and also provides access to the library, advising, tutoring, etc. For most students, the Home College is also the Degree-granting College. Click here to learn more about the difference.

  • Student

    Can still access support services from their Home College while taking courses from various Provider Colleges.

  • Ferpa

    Students provide a signed FERPA waiver form to the MCCVLC. Click here for more information.

  • Transcript Information

    At semester end, the student transcript at the degree-granting college will be updated to include the course taken at the provider college.

  • View Catalog

    he MCCVLC online catalog lists courses from all member colleges on a single website.

  • Tuition

    Tuition is paid to the provider college at the time of registration. For more information, click here.

  • Student Info

    The Provider college(s) will be notified of your enrollment request(s) and will have access to the information you provided in your student account. The Provider college may require additional information before confirming your registration. Please provide any needed information promptly to be sure you get enrolled in the course(s) you need.

  • Provider College

    The Provider College lists online courses available to guest students from other colleges. Most Provider Colleges require guest students to complete an application for admission before registering.

  • Instructor

    Works for the Provider College, and follows the schedule and policies of the Provider College. The instructor probably won't know if a student is from another college.

  • Course Work

    Once registered and the semester begins, students will be in regular online communication with the course instructor. The instructor will utilize the course management system of the provider college.
