Help Desk Information
Assistance accessing your online course or retrieving the password to access your online course is only available from the Provider College Help Desk.
The college help desk can also assist you with information related to paying your tuition, dropping and adding courses, and making sure your registration is in order.
Whether contacting a help desk by e-mail or by phone, please be prepared to provide the following information:
- Your Name
- Are you Student or Faculty
- Phone Number that you can be reached at
- Class or Session with which you are having a problem (provide the exact error message and what you were doing when you encountered the error)
