Occasionally your online sections will include students who do not reside near your college. If your course includes a requirement for one or more proctored tests, these students may prefer to take their test at a nearby location.
Students living outside Michigan must make satisfactory arrangements for such proctored testing on their own. Michigan community colleges make test proctoring available via their participation in the MCCVLC. For Michigan community college students who wish to have their test proctored at another Michigan community college, the form below will streamline the process of making arrangements with the testing center. For more information about the level of service offered at the student’s home college, please refer to the link below.
Instructors should enter the relevant information in the appropriate locations on the form - please note the required fields. The form will not be processed without this information.
The information entered into this form will be automatically e-mailed to the contact person at the home college for the student. An e-mail notification will also be generated automatically to the student. Finally, you will receive an e-mail confirming that the server has processed this input form.Instructor Test Proctoring Request Form
